Returns & Refunds Policy – Bio Breeze Ceylon
- Overseas Orders
Due to the nature of our products (herbal products, spices, Vegitables and Fruits ):
❌ We do not accept returns for overseas orders as a general policy.
Returns or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The wrong product was delivered
Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with clear photos or video evidences.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed via PayHere to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and bank
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred due to our fault
- All approved refunds will be processed only to the same account / card used by the customer to place the original order.
- Refunds are initiated through PayHere.lk, and Bio Breeze Ceylon does not issue refunds to third-party or alternative accounts.
- Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment account.
Customs Duties & Import Regulations
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Delays, holds, or rejection of parcels by customs authorities are not eligible for refunds
