Returns & Refunds Policy – Bio Breeze Ceylon

  1. Overseas Orders

Due to the nature of our products (herbal products, spices, Vegitables and Fruits ):

We do not accept returns for overseas orders as a general policy.

Returns or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product was delivered

Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with clear photos or video evidences.

  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed via PayHere to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and bank
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred due to our fault
  •   All approved refunds will be processed only to the same account / card used by the customer to place the original order.
  • Refunds are initiated through PayHere.lk, and Bio Breeze Ceylon does not issue refunds to third-party or alternative accounts.
  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment account.

Customs Duties & Import Regulations

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Delays, holds, or rejection of parcels by customs authorities are not eligible for refunds
